The ideal place for a holiday dedicated to nature, relaxation and tranquillity, immersed in the greenery of our beautiful gulf. Our staff is always at your disposal to offer you all the support you need during your stay.

Opening hours: 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Check-in:

• Pitches: from 10 a.m.
• Bungalows and chalets: from 2 p.m.

Check-out: by 10 a.m.
Payments: 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

• Check-out by 10 a.m. on the day of departure
• Payments:
  • with reservation → same day or next day
  • without reservation → preferably the day before departure
• We accept cash or cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro)
• Paying in cash (min. 100 €) → 2% discount
• On arrival in bungalow, chalet or maxi caravan → deposit of 200 € in cashrefunded on departure if everything is in order. If not:
  • 50 € withheld for cleaning
  • entire deposit retained in case of damage
• In case of early departure with reservation → payment of the entire stay

Gates

• Car traffic closure: 23:00 - 07:30
• Pedestrian access always possible from gate near reception
• Central gate with photocell: opens automatically on exit

Night Watch

• Present every night from 19:00 onwards
• Contact via campsite number
• Overnight check-out:
  • Make payment the afternoon before
  • Booking the accommodation check
  • Move the car to the outdoor car park by 23:00

Separate Collection
Please respect the environment by using the correct bins:

• Green: Undifferentiated (only in bags)
• White: Paper
• Yellow: Plastic
• Blue: Glass and cans
• Brown: Wet (no bag or only biodegradable)

Wi-Fi
Go to reception with proof of identity to receive an access password

• Restaurant:
  • 12:00 - 14:00
  • 18:30 - 21:00
• Bar: 08:00 - 23:00

Hot water boiler

• Maxi Caravan:
  • Intervention with staff assistance
  • Open rear door with square spanner
  • Remove white carcass
  • Open the door to the right under the boiler and replace the battery
• Bungalow/Chalet:
  • Removing wooden roofing
  • Press the round button
  • Use lighter for re-ignition

Lifesaver

• Maxi Caravan: inside the bedroom cupboard on the right
• Bungalow/Chalet: generally in the kitchen
  • Exceptions: Saskia, Jacky, Hosanna and Carlo → under the porch to the left

Electricity

• 4 AMP
• On request (at extra charge): 6 or 10 AMP

Dogs are welcome, our campsite is Pet Friendly.

• Walking: many quiet paths in the surrounding area
• Private beach accessible to dogs everywhere
• Dog shower available near the beach

Daily service

1. Pick up your ticket at reception (9:00-11:00)
2. Carrying laundry in a bag to the laundry
3. Washing will be carried out by our staff (no self-service)

Collection in the afternoon
When changing chalet/bungalow linen → take used sheets to the laundry

It is possible to rent at the reception with an identity card:

For private tours or transfers → ask at reception

We offer free bicycle hire. Simply present yourself at reception with an identity document.
