Suite for 6 people - Bookings of minimum 7 nights
This rustic dwelling, an ancient watermill, is located directly on Lake Garda in San Felice del Benaco, surrounded by nature and within the Ideal Molino campsite. The millstones are still visible on the ground floor of the building and an important external feature is the working water wheel itself.
The house has cosy relaxing corners and provides all comforts, with a particular focus on the quality of ‘Made in Italy’ items and the expertly designed colour combinations.
The accommodation is on the first floor, above the restaurant, and is accessed by a staircase next to the water wheel.
As soon as you open the door, you will begin to appreciate the excellent use of space which will be a feature of your holiday. The fine attention to detail, along with the creaking floors and old ceiling boards are characteristics which pervade the entire house.
Going along the corridor you will see how everything is within reach: the bedrooms, the bathrooms, the spacious open plan kitchen and dining room and finally the breathtaking lounge.
The main bedroom, situated opposite the kitchen, has a light colour scheme and is equipped with a double bed, a chest of drawers and a small washbasin. The ensuite bathroom, in light tones of green, consists of a large shower, a toilet and a double washbasin.
The other two bedrooms are slightly more tucked away. One is connected to a large bathroom which provides a toilet, washbasin and mosaic shower, and the third bedroom is adjacent to it.
The lounge commands a large proportion of the accommodation and is very bright, with a fireplace which will pamper you in the cool autumn evenings. It has an extensive adjoining terrace - a pleasure for the eyes and soul, thanks to the majesty of the lake which you will see before you. Drinking a coffee at sunrise in this room will be a priceless experience.
The cook’s domain, characterized by white furniture, is equipped with all comforts including dishwasher and induction cooker. Light floods in through a French door which gives access to a spectacular panoramic terrace, ideal for your daily routine and for ensuring you don’t miss a single moment of camping life.
It is a home to live in during both summer and autumn as, with the arrival of the cooler evenings, it will be a pleasure to listen to the crackle of burning wood in the fireplace.
An excellent opportunity to combine great comfort with life on a campsite - being part of it, but at the same time being elevated above it.

Rules Suite
Suite Casa Molino is ready to welcome you: from 4 pm you can start to live your holiday, you only have to come at the reception with the documents to check in and give a refundable deposit of 500€ (cash). We will take care of you giving all the information of your fantastic stay.
Between 11 pm and 7:30 am the gates are automatically closed to traffic, a doorway for walking near the office is always open in the night.
Smoking is not allowed inside the Casa Molino Suite, its allowed only on the terraces.
Please note that cash or credit card payments can only be made from 9 am to 11 am and from 4 pm to 6 pm. At the end of your stay you will have to leave the Casa Molino Suite by 12:00, 200€ will be held back for final cleaning if you won’t do it by yourself.
Inside the Suite dog can't stand on beds and sofas; In the camping dog owners must keep their pet on a lead for the respect of hygiene and quiet.

Suite Casa Molino is bookable weekly from Saturday to Saturday.

To confirm a reservation we request a payment in advance: 50% of the total cost.
On receipt of the deposit, we will send you our confirmation.
To the arrival tou will have to regulate the account for the whole amount of the stay. In case of early departure the guest will have to settle the full amount for the entire booked period. In case of cancellation, the deposi twill be withheld.
The following services are considered extra at the cost of the Suite: animals (15€ per day), second car, motorcycle, buoy, boat and Tourist tax.
